FIELD: medicine, traumatology.;SUBSTANCE: one should detect the phase of lunar biorhythm and the Moon localization in zodiacal constellations at the moment of trauma happened. The data obtained according to special questionnaire, date of birth and date of trauma happened should be put into prognostic list to calculate prognosis for the development of mandibular traumatic osteomyelitis in a patient established in points. If the sum of points ranges up to 170 points on should predict minimal risk for the development of mandibular osteomyelitis. If the sum of points ranges 170-200 points one should predict average risk, and if the sum of points is above 200 one should predict high risk in the development of mandibular osteomyelitis.;EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction.;3 ex, 1 tbl
