FIELD: veterinary science.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to isolate mature nematode larvae out of feces due to applying the so-called "star" apparatus to keep them in anthelminthic solutions prepared due to serial dilutions, then on should count the quantity of mobile and paralyzed larvae to detect anthelminthic efficiency at the quantity of paralyzed larvae being 50%. The innovation enables to considerably shorten the terms and financial expenses during detecting nematodes' resistance and screening anthelminthic preparations.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.;5 tbl
