METHOD FOR PREDICTING ACUTE TISSUE HYPERTENSION SYNDROME AT CLOSED FEMORAL FRACTURES

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: in patient being in horizontal position one should measure intra-tissue pressure with the help of acicular manometer in muscles of healthy femur and intra-tissue pressure in muscles of traumatized femur, separately in internal, anterior and posterior fascial channels, then values should be put into the formula. One should calculate the percentage against the difference of these values separately for internal, anterior and posterior fascial channels to diagnose acute tissue hypertension syndrome, at its increase up to 45% in internal, up to 40% in posterior and up to 35% in anterior fascial femoral channels. The innovation enables to establish tissue hypertension syndrome in the first stage of development and, thus, improve therapeutic results.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.;2 ex
