The device for the water defluoridation includes: the system of magnesium oxide batching, the high-rate filter with the heavy grainy loading, the pipe of fluorine-free water withdrawal, the purified water tank and the system of the water feeding for the filtering loading flush. And the pipe of the initial water feeding is connected with the over-filtering layer of the high-rate filter, and the pipe of fluorine-free water withdrawal is connected to the inlet of the hydrocyclone, the lower outlet of which is directed into the tank for collection of the sediment of magnesium oxyfluoride.
