FIELD: underground mining, particularly thick deposit development with the use of powder material as filling material.;SUBSTANCE: method involves dividing deposit into steeply inclined layers; dividing each layer into sector-shaped blocks so that haulage horizon passes through each block top; serially excavating ore within the bounds of each block in ascending elongated cuts and pouring filling material on haulage horizon bottom after each cut operation performing.
