APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING OF BEE BREAD FROM BEE BREAD COMBS

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, grinding of bee bread combs, breaking of enclosures on released bee bread granules and separating of wax and organic contaminants from bee bread.;SUBSTANCE: apparatus for extraction of bee bread from bee bread combs has upright cylindrical working chamber with charging throat, rotor mounted within throat and equipped with working blades, spinneret and drive. Apparatus is further provided with cyclone and aspiration channel for communicating working chamber interior through adapter branch pipe with cyclone. Cylindrical working chamber has internal side wall and one half of the bottom made channeled, another half of the bottom being made in the form of grid with adapter branch pipe positioned under said grid. Channeled surfaces of cylindrical working chamber are defined by rods vertically attached to side wall of working chamber, and channeled surface of one half of the bottom is defined by radial rods. Charging throat of working chamber is equipped with dosing window and adjusting gate. Apparatus of such construction is effective in breaking of wax foundation of bee bread combs, releasing of bee bread granules from enclosure and separating of wax and organic contaminants from bee bread.;EFFECT: improved quality and reduced losses of product obtained.;3 cl, 4 dwg
