METHOD FOR SEGMENTAL GASTROPLASTY AT SURGICAL TREATMENT OF GASTRIC ULCEROUS DISEASE

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should mobilize the lesser curvature according to selective proximal vagotomy type and the greater curvature of stomach in resection area, carry out median segmental angular subtotal resection of gastric body, save innervation of antral department and pyloric sphincter, liquidate ulcerous crater due to omentoplasty, reconstruct areflux cardial function. Moreover, one should apply the first loop of jejunum onto proximal gastric stump that was applied through "foramen" in large intestine's mesentery. It is necessary to apply sutures onto the edges of mesenteric "foramen" of this loop of jejunum. While tightening sutures one should apply a gastric tube through this "foramen". The walls of jejunum loop should be fixed around gastric tube with two rows of interrupted sero-serous sutures. On applying gastro-gastric anastomosis it is necessary to develop and inter-intestinal anastomosis.
