FIELD: medicine, neurology.;SUBSTANCE: trials should be carried out before and after 10-d-long course of anticoagulation therapy. Moreover, it is necessary to study neurological state, cognitive functions and detect partial oxygen pressure in arterial blood. At detecting vestibulo-ataxic and asthenic syndromes, decreased cognitive functions and decreased partial oxygen pressure in blood being below 80 mm mercury column before the onset of anticoagulation therapy and, also, at reducing the syndromes mentioned, improved cognitive functions and increased partial oxygen pressure in arterial blood being above 80 mm mercury column in 10 d after the onset of anticoagulation therapy one should diagnose dysmetabolic encephalopathy. The innovation widens the number of diagnostic means for detecting dysmetabolic encephalopathy in patients with implanted electrocardiostimulants and nonmassive thromboembolism of pulmonary artery.;EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics.;1 ex
