METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF SUBCUTANEOUS PANARIS

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating purulent diseases of a wrist. For this purpose, it is necessary to lance purulent focus along working surface of a finger due to performing one longitudinal medial-lateral incision, then, along nonworking surface - two convergent semi-oval petal-like incisions at dissecting skin of 2-3 mm width and length being correspondent to finger's affected phalanx. Necrotic tissue should be dissected through convergent semi-oval petal-like incision. The innovation enables to decrease post-operational complications, provide complete inspection of wounds, conduct dynamic cytological control during the whole course of wound process, moreover, it simplifies application of rubber outlets through the wound, removes tissue tension and provides good cosmetic result.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 ex
