FIELD: medicine, gynecology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for correction of vegetative symptoms in climacteric syndrome in women with ischemic disorders in cerebral circulation. Method involves administration of mexidol in the dose 125 mg, 3 times per a day for 8 weeks, and alzolam in the dose 0.25 mg, once per a day, 30 min before sleeping for 4 weeks. Method represents the alternative substitution hormonal therapy and provides the simultaneous correction of vegetative disorders in climacteric period and ischemic damages of the cerebral circulation.;EFFECT: improved method of syndrome correction.;1 tbl
