FIELD: medicine; urology.;SUBSTANCE: tetra-polar electrode is used which has active part to be 20 mm shorter than length of prostate urethra. Electrode is introduced into urethra and is fixed motionless for the whole period of lysis at distance of 10 mm from edges of its active area till sphincters of urinary bladder. After that the lysis is carried out according to standard procedure.;EFFECT: reduced risk of complications during course of treatment.;1 ex, 4 dwg
