METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF DEPRESSIONS AND THERAPEUTICALLY RESISTANT DEPRESSIONS AT ENDOGENOUS PSYCHIC DISEASES

FIELD: medicine, psychiatry, neurology.;SUBSTANCE: one should detect the degree of depression, the quantity of monocytes and lymphocytes in leukocytic formula of total clinic blood analysis, and, also, the values of infra-red spectroscopy of the whole capillary blood. At the values of average absorption being 35.1±2.2%, 36.3±1.7% and 36.9±1.3% in the ranges of 3085-2832cm^-1, 1543-1425 cm^-1 and 1127-1057 cm^-1, correspondingly, and normal content of lymphocytes and monocytes it is possible to diagnose depression, and at the values of average absorption being 43.5±1.8%, 47.9±3.2% and 45.2±1.5% in the ranges of 3085-2832cm^-1, 1543-1425 cm^-1 and 1127-1057 cm^-1, correspondingly, in combination with monocytosis being above 5% and lymphocytosis being above 25% one should diagnose therapeutically resistant depression in case of endogenous psychic diseases. Application of the present innovation enables to detect persons with immunological and pathobiochemical signs of affected activity of nervous system being characteristic for therapeutically resistant depression that, in its turn, provides the opportunity to form adequate therapeutic strategy in due time.;EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics.;2 ex, 1 tbl
