METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CONVENTIONAL BRACHIAL DISLOCATION

FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with shortening muscles and strengthening brachial joint. Moreover, one should fulfill a surgical access towards aponeurosis of the muscle under shortening due to removing subcutaneous fiber. Then one should carry out transverse muscular suturing together with its aponeurosis with distal and proximal rows of loops followed by binding aponeurosis with every loop with underlying muscular tissue, and then it is necessary to shorten the muscle due to tightening the ends of loops located in opposite rows. The application of the present method enables to prevent high traumatism of surgical interference in surgical treatment of conventional dislocation.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 dwg, 3 ex
