FIELD: oil production, particularly enhanced recovery methods for obtaining hydrocarbons.;SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing conditioning fluid medium; metering thereof and injecting the fluid medium under pressure directly in well bore from surface to provide conditioning fluid medium cooperation with well fluids and to change well fluid properties. Conditioning fluid medium is injected through solid pipe attached to pump and including a number of serially connected hollow sucker rods simultaneously with injection works performing in well. Pump with linearly sliding cavity is used for well fluid injection to surface. The pump comprises hollow rotor fastened to hollow sucker rods serially connected with each other. Each sucker rod is made of steel and includes pipe, as well as two tubular heads welded to pipe ends. Sucker rod head has inner cylindrical orifice located in area defined by upper end of threaded head part and the last one-third section of widened threaded part end. The sucker rod end also has conical section located downstream of cylindrical section and terminating in cylindrical section along with full head welding length. Rounded area for inner stress release is created between conical section and above cylindrical section.;EFFECT: increased oil well operation efficiency.;6 cl, 4 dwg
