FIELD: agriculture, in particular, harvesting of cereal crops and production of feeds used in animal farming.;SUBSTANCE: method involves mowing cereal crops at milk wax ripeness stage; threshing and collecting grain in hopper of combine; unloading grain from hopper into vehicle and transporting to mechanized threshing floor, where grain is laid in pile; feeding grain into receiving hopper and further into operative hopper for temporary storage therein; moving grain from operative hopper by means of conveyor into roll-type mill or grain rolling apparatus; thereafter, spraying preservative or biopreservative onto grain and moving into operative hopper for temporary storage; moving grain by means of vehicle into storage for storing in pressurized conditions.;EFFECT: increased efficiency of method due to initiation of grain harvesting process at earlier time and reduced consumption of power owing to elimination of grain drying and grinding processes.;4 cl, 1 dwg
