A process for producing a crystallized thread-free bottles mouth of a beer bottle whenever comprising made of polyester, comprising the steps of:– bottles to be crystallized blanks made of polyester, in a climatically controlled chamber for 24 to 72 hours in;– a crystallization furnace, before crystallization of the bottles blanks for two or more than two hours are preheated in such a way that a uniform temperature of a core pin and other parts is reached;– the bottles to be crystallized blanks are brought into a hopper, then by means of a conveyor belt to a blank guide wheel, and finally a core pin conveyor in the crystallization furnace is guided in the manner that only of the bottles mouth region in the heating zone of the crystallization furnace is brought, while the bottles body region, in addition to the heating zone of the crystallization furnace remains;– the temperature of the mouth region of the bottles blanks, in the range from 130 to 170°C,– the mouth areas of the bottles blanks are in the heating zone of the crystallization furnace for 90 to 120 seconds to the crystallization heat treated;..
