The machine has disc-shaped rotor pairs including cooling air holes, magnetic coils and permanent magnets, which are provided on peripheries of the rotors and bars, which functions as a vane for a vane pump. A stator is provided between each rotor pair. The stators are connected with a housing having wire ducts. The stators and the rotors are made of reinforced or weakened temperature-resistant thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic.
