The device has a fixing element (2) of a rail (1), which has a connecting element (3) on an underbody which is tiltable around an axle parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rail for pushing away. Each connecting element has an adjustable adjusting element (5) for the horizontal setting-up of the rail, tiltable around an axle parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rail, and or is connected for an adjustable adjusting element (7) for the vertical setting-up of the rail with regard to the underbody. Each adjusting element is right-angled to the rail longitudinal axis and an adjustable carriage propels the tiltable connecting element.
