Method for the energetic, technical and biological use of underground water comprises allowing water to flow from a depth of water (2) at hydrostatic pressure through pipes (11) arranged in a wall (9) built on solid ground towards hydraulic turbines (12) which drive generators (13). Water flows from the turbines towards aqua-culture structures installed deeper where the water is used to grow aquatic plants and rear aquatic animals or is used for technical purposes. Preferred Features: The wall on the solid ground has recesses for receiving water pipes in which all pipes are guided into the depth of water.
