The nozzle has a centrifugal chamber (17) with a control surface (27). A rear adjusting spring (29) is provided between front and rear ends of a rotor (19). The surface and the rear end cooperates such that the spring increases and reduces the inclination of the rotor against restoring force effect during increase and decrease of rotation speed of the rotor, respectively.
