The stacking palletizer in a drying plant or in an oven has at least one vertical support (1) upon which is installed a horizontal support (3), at least one pusher (2) for the displacement of a product (4) to be dried or heated, and at least one conveyor belt (5) pivotable around an axis (6). The pusher shifts the product for drying or heating onto the conveyor belt, whereby the pivotable conveyor belt transports the product to another, higher positioned horizontal support. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for the operating of a stacking palletizer in a drying plant or oven in which the dwelling time of the product for drying or heating is prolonged through the use of a pivotable conveyor belt and/or an oscillating lift conveyor and/or a spiral conveyor.
