The mechanism has control units with four couplers (13,15,46,56) and two brakes (03,04). An input shaft (1) is detachably connected by the coupler (46) with a shaft (4). The shaft (1) is coupled with a shaft (5) by a coupler (15) of a control unit, and with a sun gear of a planetary set (P2). An output shaft (2) is connected with an internal gear of a planetary set (P3) and is connected with a sun gear of the set (P1).
