A hip belt (1) is fixed to a vertical surface through fasteners (2,5) and ropes (3). Two handles are connected to the hip belt directly or by other belts. A prop is arranged under or in the proximity of the hip belt and is equipped with either or both a vibration equipment and a heating equipment. An independent claim is also included for a treatment procedure.
