An arrangement for moulding plastic comprises an injection moulding unit (9) which can be controlled electronically using a number of process parameters, an arrangement for detecting at least some of the process parameters, and a unit for analysing and controlling the parameters in order to control the injection moulding unit. The analysing and control unit consist of a self-controlling and self-regulating electronic neuro fuzzy system. Each injection moulding unit has an electronic / optical / radio controlled network (10) of elements, and one or more of the electronic / optical / magnetic sensors of each moulding unit is used to measure part of the process parameters. A hybrid electronic neuro fuzzy system is used to analyse and control the process parameters.
