The arrangement (1) has first bearing ring (2) rotating around a rotation axis (3), second bearing ring (6) parallel to the first bearing ring, third bearing ring (8) connected to the second bearing ring, and fourth bearing ring (11) parallel to the third bearing ring. The second and third bearing rings are connected by a synthetic body (13) and formed through injection molding process. The first and second bearing rings are respectively formed with a first path (4) and a second path (7) for the movement of a roller (5). The third and fourth bearing rings are respectively formed with a third path (9) and a fourth path (12) for the movement of another roller (10). The third bearing ring is arranged under a tilting bracket with respect to the rotation axis. The rollers are respectively arranged between the first and second bearing rings and between the third and fourth bearing rings.
