An oligopeptide comprising at least one cysteine residue and two alpha helical zones which flank a sequence pattern with the amino acid sequence (I) given in the specification, is new. The oligopeptide is used with a nucleic acid molecule with an nucleotide sequence coded for it. X1X3X4X2 (I) X1 or X2one is cysteine and the other is another amino acid e.g. serine or alanine.
