The film laminate with at least one diffusion barrier layer for the production of a vacuum insulation panel has on at least one surface a heat-sealing layer containing at least one layer of an additional diffusion barrier layer of polyvinyl alcohol, in particular ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) within a coextruded composite of the sealing layer layers.
