Pellet (A) (with a length-width-ratio of less than 1.4) comprises a core that contains a water-soluble carrier and an active agent homogeneously distributed in the water-soluble carrier. INDEPENPENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) the preparation of (A); (2) a pellet product (B) comprising majority of pellets, where at least 90% of it are similar to (A); and (3) a tablet obtained by compressing (A).
