The converter has a generator (4) connected with the control inlet of the first switch (5), whose contact (34) is further connected to the entrance of the integrator (6). The entrance of the first (1) and second (2) circuit is connected to a band pass filter (7) whose exit is connected to a computer (3). Exit of the second circuit (31) is connected to the first entrance of first summing unit (8). The second entrance is connected to the exit of first circuit (1). Their entrances (25,26) are connected to the entrance (20) of the converter and entrance of computer. Exit of second summing unit (10) is connected to the exit of the converter (23). The computer consists of first (11) and second comparator (14) which is further connected to a demodulator (12), second inverter and paired switch. The entrance with the contact (43) is connected to the exit of demodulator. The contact (42) is connected to the exit of the computer. The paired switches (15) are connected with the exit (47) of the contact (45). The contact (41) is connected to the positive voltage supply and the negative voltage supply is connected to the gages. The circuit consists of a third comparator (16), a second switch (17), a second demodulator (18) and a third inverter (19) and exit of third comparator is connected to the control inlet of the second switch. The entrance (50) with the contact (51) and second switch is connected with the entrance of the third inverter whose exit is connected to the second switch.
