The device has a vibration absorber built as an elastomer bearing, which is connected with a car body and includes two elastomer springs (1, 2). Damping behavior of the elastomer bearing is determined by rigidity of one spring when vibrations transmitted via the shock absorber in an axial direction is within an amplitude range and by the rigidity of the other spring when the vibrations have amplitude above the range.
