Conditions are variable as a function of at least the values: location and time. In accordance with the vehicle driver detected and the conditions, turning-off behavior at a junction of the traffic network is stored. Subsequently, on recurrence of the values at this junction, variation is again effected as a function of the magnitudes and driver detected. Information is provided for the driver using optical, acoustic and/or tactile means.
