The method involves connecting one transmission and reception device with another transmission and reception device via a communication path. The former device has a one-way function and an initial value and links of a recursive sequence is calculated. A constant value of the sequence is transmitted to the latter device, where the value is compared with prestored value and valid authentication is provided after confirmation.
