The mechanism for ventilation of air comprises a flow chamber fitted with fins (4), which increases the conductivity and heat transfer rate. The mechanism also includes air guidance bending (15) which helps in determining the direction of air outlet. Fins are uniformly bent, all of them are calibrated with each other to ensure that all are bent at same angles. Independent claims are also been included for the following: (A) Heat exchanger; (B) Use of fins for warming outer surface; (C) Production of air guidance fins for heat exchanger; and (D) Manufacturing process.
