The opener has a sensor (15) with an actuating mechanism for determining the status of a lock latch retained in a swiveling latch. The mechanism has a contact lever fixed at the stopper and contacts the lock latch. A switching lever (14) of the mechanism has a contact portion (19) to contact the contact lever for determining the switching-point of the sensor where the portion is outside the movement range of the switching lever.
