The cart has a frame (R) which is supported at a transverse axis (Q) and an adapter (AD) arranged at the frame for a rotary seat (S). A bracket (B) is supported at the frame and is rotated by the rotary seat. The seat can be held at the bracket in each position of the rotary seat during transportation of the infant. A wheel (R1) is attached to the transverse axis by the seat for turning feet of the infant.
