The arrangement has a power plant shell (A) leading through an overall length of an arrangement and lying below a part of a compound surface, which is attached to a nozzle cavity (C). A set of storage bodies (B) is arranged over the power plant shell, whose layout form is formed by an aerodynamic convex curve. Gaps between the storage bodies with its aerodynamic external wall surfaces form the flow compressing nozzle area.
