The turbocharger has an adjusting ring (28) to adjust an angle position of a guide vane (16) relative to a direction of flow of an exhaust gas flow by rotation relative to a fixed blade carrier (14). The ring is connected with the vane at a place (22) along the direction of flow. An angle position of the vane relative to the direction of flow of the exhaust gas flow is adjusted by collective flexible deformation of the vane.
