The device has two slide bearings (5) such as ball bearings that are firmly installed in an oscillating or floating body (4). The bearings push a threaded screw (3) in one direction in a spinning manner with a help of low pressure at an end of the threaded screw. The bearings push the screw when high pressure is taken by another end that is opposite to the low pressure end after complete or partial sliding of the threaded screw.
