The system has ring segments that rotates around a common centre point in an predetermined angle range, where opening angle can be determined by a segment partial length and dimensioning of a catch. A flat layout is designed as a guidance segment ring and an inner segment ring. The guidance ring is locked at an end by a center flap and at another end by an end flap, where lower end of a telescope segment (2) can work as the end flap.
