The prosthesis has a single-piece artificial tooth section (3) empathized in a visible area of a natural tooth. A braces bracket (4) is connected with the section for positioning the section in a tooth cavity. The bracket is held in the cavity with a wire of a brace arrangement. The bracket has a bracing section (13) for fastening at the tooth section, where the bracing section is fixed in a recess of the tooth section. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis.
