The tube type lead (4) connects an outer part (2) of the hearing aid to be worn behind the ear with an inner part of the hearing aid to be worn inside the ear. The lead has several lumens one of which is formed as a sound or acoustic channel and another of which receives an electric conductor. Independent claims also cover a hearing aid having such a lead.
