Test device (I), for rapid protein determination in biological fluids, comprises a transparent container (2) with an opening (3), in which a float (S) and a reagent mixture (1) (comprising a precipitating reagent, a polysaccharide, a water-soluble polymer and a poly alcohol) is present; and a suction device (5) combined with the container. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a reagent mixture comprising precipitating agent (32-38 wt.%), polysaccharide (1.4-3.3 wt.%), synthetic polymer (0.6-1.7 wt.%), polyalcohol (6.3-22.2 wt.%) and water (34.8-59.7 wt.%); (2) method for the rapid protein determination in biological fluids comprising sucking the biological liquid to be tested into the device through the opening into the container, reacting the obtained protein with the reagent mixture, mixing the developed turbidity by the emerging float and evaluating after 20-30 seconds directly in the container semi quantitatively under comparison with a previous photo scale, or by means of a standard scale or quantitative nephlometric; and (3) method for the parallel uric acid determination in biological fluids comprising sucking the biological liquid to be tested into the device, reacting the obtained uric acid concentrations of greater than 700 mg/l with the reagent mixture and developing a precipitation after 60 seconds on the bottom of the container.
