The procedure involves the seizing of traffic flow in the border area, which is computed by using traffic condition reconstruction. The traffic measurements at individual positions within this area to be accomplished and comparison between values of measured traffic sizes and values of traffic sizes are accomplished after computing traffic condition reconstruction. Depends on this comparison a temporal shift of the process is accomplished or one or more flow of traffic is made and traffic conditional reconstruction is again computed.
