Single- or multi-phase electronic protective circuit breaker for use in LV range comprises adjustable resolution characteristic, whose parameter can be electronically stored and recalled in/from memory. The circuit breaker is typically of modular set-up. If circuit breaker should be of thermal over current type, it is electronic copy of such type. Circuit breaker may contain components of LV supply as trigger for switch handling from available monitoring mains current pick-up with signal processing, evaluation, control and storage by logic components and LV magnet.
