Perfumed security paper (especially a specialty banknote) has the perfume incorporated into the paper and/or into a printed image as security marking

Use is claimed of a perfume as a security marking for a security paper (especially a banknote). Independent claims are also included for (1) security papers (especially banknotes) comprising a flat body (especially of paper) with a printed image made using dyes, there being a releasable perfume in the paper or in the dye; and (2) production of such security papers involving adding a perfume to the papermaking composition before its final dewatering or to the printing ink to be applied to the paper.
