The aircraft has upper and lower corpuses, and internal coaxial twin upper and lower turbines (11, 12) to develop operation impulse. A wall opposite to the upper turbine runs to its diagonal, rotatarily moves outward and downwards and stops at a turbine separating disc. The main components, upper corpus, lower corpus and turbine separating construction form the twin turbine shells. The upper corpus is connected with a main shaft.
