The device has a base platform with holding devices and a body belt (6) for a training and twisting unit (4) e.g. an elastic strip, that is provided between the platform and the belt. The holding devices are found on the platform in a distance for the training. The belt carrying the training is twisted to the holding devices in four directions by the twisting unit. The platform has a cross beam and a base plate is attached to the beam.
