The absorber has a piston rod, which is arranged axially movable in a cylinder (9), where the absorber is provided between flexible and supporting components. The flexible component is supported by a stabilizer, which is attached over a hinge (19) to the cylinder. The cylinder is provided with a mounting surface for admission of the hinge. The surface is formed by a formation of the cylinder, at which a cantilever beam is arranged.
