A control element (6) is provided in the region of the belt buckle and lies in the pivot range of the armrest and/or the backrest so that with a folding of the backrest into an inactive position an adjustment of the armrest takes place. The control element is installed on the seat and/or on the buckle in such a way that with adjustment of the backrest from its in-use position into an inactive position or into a loading position the armrest comes to lie against the control element.
