The arrangement has a transmitter (7) producing an electrical energy, which is converted into laser radiation and transmitted to a receiver (13). A light channel is applied to an optical system (9) by the receiver with a moving system in the focal point plane. The optical components of the moving system form the channel in a laser radiation bundle (11), which is controlled on an energy converter (12).
